Shangyang is a freshman at the University of Michigan, wanting to pursue either a public health or a pre-med track and help out others and create a positive impact both in the community and globally.
In her free time, Shangyang loves to play tennis with her friends, and go on runs with her brother. During high school, she played tennis for the Greenhills Women’s Tennis team. Other than being involved in sports, Shangyang is also heavily involved in the world of music. She enjoys playing the piano, and loves performing at many different places. Her music genres aside from classical, are pop and soul. Whether it’s cracking a classic dad joke, or making silly faces, she hopes to bring smiles and laughter to her whole community.
