What You'll Do As a First Year Member
Curriculum Developer
Throughout the school year, you will collaborate with a curriculum team of 3-4 members to design one of the innovative and interdisciplinary courses for our camp (new courses are developed every year!)
Camp Counselor
All members will also serve directly as camp counselors at the upcoming 2027 Inno Summer Institute and teach their own course.
Selection Process

Mass Meeting
Students on our mailing list will receive information about our mass interest meeting in September. Attendees will learn more about our organization, summer camp, and how they fit in.

Apply Online
Our application link will go live after our mass interest meeting. Applicants have until the end of September to submit an application.

Interview
Selected applicants will be invited for an interview.
