Nishka Kalantry

Nishka is a current junior at Huron High School, where her favorite classes include English and government. Outside of school, she runs cross country and track and plays violin in Huron’s orchestra, as well as singing in Huron’s choir. She is also a member of Model UN, and part of the Ann Arbor Area Youth Council. In her free time, she loves to read (and give/receive book recommendations!), spend time outside exploring Ann Arbor’s nature areas and going downtown with her friends to get coffee or boba and browse the many used bookstores.
Nishka isn’t quite sure what she wants to do in the future, but she has an interest in English and medicine. Whatever she plans to do though, she wants to leave a positive impact on her community, and hopes she gets to experience the perspectives of others through travel! This is Nishka’s second year on the Inno team, and she looks forward to another great year with new and returning campers and counselors alike. Experience with Inno
