Course Description
Whether you want to become a chess world champion or a leading business executive, Game Theory is the place for you. Students that select Game Theory will be equipped with tools that allow them to use statistical and logical reasoning in everyday decision-making, preparing them for an increasingly data-driven future. Course content will range from the history of game theory and its mathematical roots to its practical application in economic and analytical fields. Of course, students will have the opportunity to play a variety of games, and learn about their underlying statistical strategies. With game theory’s increasing prevalence across all fields, being a student in the Game Theory classroom will yield informative, fun, and applicable results.
