Course Description
What do Julius Caesar, Alexander the Great, and Genghis Khan have in common? They were all distinguished leaders who were instrumental in shaping the world through the expansion of their empires, and left lasting impressions on global societies that are still present today. In this ‘choose your own adventure’ style course, you will grow your own empire from a small nation to a global powerhouse by making historically informed, collaborative decisions. Join us in examining key issues of conquest, trade, and philosophy as we seek to further investigate the choices that historical leaders faced as they rose to glory or met their demise. How will you fare?
