Frequently Asked Questions
What if I can't pick my child up on time?
We understand that parents are busy individuals, and will be offering offering early drop-off starting at 7:30 am and late pick-up ending at 4:30 pm on all regular camp days.
What is your staff to camper ratio?
For every camper, there are two staff members. This ratio of campers to staff members ensures that every camper will receive the optimal amount of attention. This ratio allows students to work freely in groups along with the guidance and assistance from some of our stellar teachers!
What is the Induction Day?
Induction Day is the day when we introduce the staff members and give the parents a glimpse of what our camp will be like. During this time we will give a camp briefing and a short tour of the campus. Both you and your student will not have to worry about first day jitters, because all of your questions and concerns will be addressed on the induction half day!
What supplies will my child need?
Your child will need only to bring a pencil, a nut-free lunch, a filled water bottle, and their excitement for learning! All other materials will be provided by INNO.
Do students bring their own lunches?
Yes, the INNO summer program is not responsible for providing students with food during their time on campus.
What is the late pick-up policy at camp?
Parents have a half-hour grace period to pick up their students from camp. Parents picking up children after 4:00 pm will be charged a late fee of $1.00 per minute, per child with no cap. Late pick-up fees will be billed to the child’s account balance. There are no exceptions, so please plan accordingly and pick up your children on time!
How does your camp's activity schedule work?
Your student's schedule is based on the classes you select when registering on the online registration portal. More information can be found by clicking the Calendar tab under Program Details.
How does INNO handle food allergies and other sensitivities?
All campers pack their own lunch as to prevent any food contamination. Your child's safety is one of our greatest concerns, so medical staff will always be on campus.
What makes your camp different from summer school?
We can guarantee that you won't find any of our courses in a summer school! Our curriculum is tailored for students who are passionate about learning and looking to expand their knowledge beyond what is taught in the traditional classroom. All of our courses are created by students, for students, which creates a much more personal connection between the campers and teachers. With a uniquely engaging and hands-on experience, INNO is sure to be the highlight of your child's summer.
