2026 INNO SUMMER INSTITUTE

Cooked!

Course Description

Why do certain foods taste the way they do? How did ramen, burgers, and sushi evolve into the dishes we know today? And how does heat, chemistry, and culture all shape what ends up on our plate? In this course, campers become food explorers—experimenting with ingredients, discovering the stories behind global dishes, and trying out beginner-friendly recipes using safe classroom tools. Along the way, campers will create food passports, build their own burgers, reimagine ramen, whip up condiments from scratch, and even decode the secrets of fast-food chains. The week ends with a MasterChef-style competition and a restaurant-design challenge where campers bring their own culinary world to life!
