Course Description

Have you wondered how food works? This course dives into the science of what your food is made of and how it gets digested. We will also take an adventure around the world to explore different dishes, the cultures they’re tied to, and the key spices in them. “Food is Fuel” allows middle schoolers to explore the culinary world, learn about new foods, and cook their very own meal
